The Savile Row collection from Inspecs USA has its roots in the days when frames were fabricated by hand and materials were top-grade acetates and precious metals. The line is still made today at Inspecs’ owned and operated Algha Works in London, England, a factory that was established in the ‘30s and continues to use machinery dating back to 1898. These exclusive, individually handmade, and customized frames have been worn by iconic celebrities such as Eric Clapton, Johnny Depp, Brad Pitt, John Lennon, Denzel Washington, Harrison Ford, Queen Elizabeth II, Gandhi, Audrey Hepburn, Rhianna, and Steve Jobs.

The company’s frame makers are passionate about ensuring that each handmade frame is distinctively created so it never goes out of style. Some of the frame makers have over 50 years of experience in the art form that was inspired by generations of artisans. Each frame goes through over 120 meticulous hand processes and 25 inspections.

There are 27 full-rimmed, semi-rimless, and rimless styles that offer such distinguishing details as leather trim, filigree engravings, and a wide variety of finishes. The majority of the collection features 18-karat rolled gold fronts and temples. In addition, 10 newly released combination styles are available showcasing fronts in fine acetates from world-renowned Italian suppliers and 18-karat gold rolled gold temples. Shapes include classic round, ovals, aviators, P3s, squares, and cat eyes.

Panto is a unisex style that’s offered in a high-temple joint and a mid-joint version. It comes with 18-karat rolled gold skull or cable temples (John Lennon wore these) and is available in 10 color combinations including three leather-trimmed options in shiny and matte finishes.

Warwick, worn by Daniel Radcliffe in the popular Harry Potter movies, is a round that has a comfortable metal saddle bridge reminiscent of the early 1900s. Also constructed in 18-karat rolled gold, it is available in three sizes, 10 color combinations, and three leather-trimmed options in shiny and matte finishes. This unisex style has sizes that can accommodate both adults and children.

Worn by Eric Clapton, Diaflex is a unisex metal rimless with 18-karat rolled gold temples and acetate earpieces. You’ll find it in three eyeshapes and two colors.

Saville Row offers a distinct opportunity to ECPs who want to present exquisitely crafted quality frames to consumers who value uniqueness in their eyewear. As only a limited number of these handcrafted frames are made each year, this collection is truly a rare find.
