Charmant Line Art interprets melodies, duets and even sheet music into wearable masterpieces.
In the fine arts, new creations are formed from intertwining one type of art with another. Charmant takes cues from the spirit of music in its Line Art collection.
Each frame is unique and sophisticated in design while also offering an incredibly lightweight and flexible option for the wearer. There are several different temple designs (Canon, Sonata and Duo), each attached to a different rimless lens mount or full frame front.
The Canon temple is on display for models XL2107 (available in black, gold/white and red/white) and XL2108 (available in navy, rose gold and white), which feature oversized shapes and are both women’s rimless pressure mount designs. The four undulating Excellence Titan strings resemble the stave on sheet music and move and flow with each line, some rising and falling like a beautiful melody. The strings are accentuated by six brilliantly cut Swarovski stones, adding a rich dimension.
The Sonata temple, which comes in two pressure-mount styles, blends two elegantly colored lines that dip in harmony with each other creating an open design, brought together in spots with a colored accent embellishment. The temple features both movement and dimension with nuances of colors and contrasts. In terms of frame shape, the XL2104 features an updated soft square while the XL2105 and XL2106 offer round styles.
Drawing upon the delicacy of an a cappella duet, the Duo temple offers understated elegance and speaks to a minimalist trend and contemporary femininity. The simplicity of two parallel lines are accented by two jewels placed precisely on the temple to create subtle movement and dimension. Two models, XL2092 and XL2093, have titanium front pieces with Excellence Titanium temples. The XL2094 has a slightly bolder profile without compromising weight by using TR90 for the front, also with Excellence Titanium temples.
