COSTA’S 580P SUNRISE WAKES UP TO RX. A high contrast specialty lens from Costa, the 580P, is now Rxable (for single vision and progressives). The polarized, lightweight, impact-resistant lens blocks yellow light and allows for enhanced depth perception and maximum light transmission. Color options include gray, copper, blue mirror, green mirror, and silver mirror. For more information, contact Costa at 800-447-3700 or costadelmar.com. ZEISS HEADS TO THE OFFICE. Designed with intermediate vision in the top part of the lens, ZEISS Officelens allows wearers to choose from three working distances: Book (up to about 3 ft.), Desk (up to about 7 ft.), and Room (up to about 14 ft.). These options are available in materials including hard resin, Trivex’, polycarbonate, 1.60, 1.67, and 1.74. Officelens also leads to less confusion between ECPs and labs, as there is no need for a near Rx or to calculate the intermediate power. For more information, contact Carl Zeiss Vision Inc. at 800-358-8258 or zeiss.com/lenses.
